1. About us
The site and store are run by the operator listed under “Who we are” on this page. FreshFoot is a student company, and our products are developed and made in small batches in Latvia.
2. Products and prices
We describe our products and show photos as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or finish are possible because products are made in small batches.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Products marked “Coming soon” cannot be ordered yet. We confirm the final price, including any delivery cost, before you pay.
3. How ordering works
Online payment is not available yet. When you send an order request, you receive a confirmation email, but a contract is only formed once we contact you, confirm availability, price and delivery, and you agree.
We may decline or cancel an order request — for example if a product is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
4. Payment and delivery
We agree the payment method and delivery details with you directly. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days in Latvia and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Europe, counted from the day we confirm the order. We email you when your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates; if we can't deliver within 30 days of the agreed date, you may cancel and get a full refund.
5. Your right to withdraw (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period.
Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it. You may test it the way you would in a shop; you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that. You pay the return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise.
We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, but we may wait until the product has been returned.
6. Warranty and complaints
If the product is faulty or not as described, you have the legal right to make a claim within 2 years of receiving it, as set out in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia. Email us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos if possible. We answer within 15 days and will repair, replace or refund the product as the law requires.
7. Safe use
FreshFoot uses ultraviolet (UV) light. Only use it as described in the instructions supplied with the product, keep the lid closed while the UV lamps are on, never look directly at the lamps, and keep it out of reach of young children. Do not use a product that is damaged.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site.
9. Content and intellectual property
The FreshFoot name, logo, photos and texts on this site belong to FreshFoot or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
10. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for loss caused by using the product against its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we will do our best to fix it. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, www.ptac.gov.lv) or a Latvian court.
